About Ash

I help people who became who they needed to be… and somewhere along the way stopped fully living.

The protectors.

The performers.

The caretakers.

The high-capacity ones.

The people who learned to read the room before they learned to trust themselves.

If that’s you, I want you to know:

You are not broken.

You adapted.

And those adaptations probably made you brilliant, intuitive, capable, responsible, and deeply aware of everyone else’s needs.

But they may have also left you disconnected from your own.

Your joy.

Your desire.

Your truth.

Your body.

Your aliveness.

That is the work I’m here for.

My Third Way

When I was 14, I read Siddhartha, and something in me recognized the path.

I didn’t fully understand it yet, but I knew I was here to walk a life that didn’t fit neatly inside the expected boxes.

I’ve lived the extremes.

I’ve had seasons where everything I owned fit into a duffel bag.

I’ve been the wanderer, the seeker, the one who left comfort behind to find out what was real.

And I’ve also lived the life that looked successful from the outside.

The home.

The family.

The white picket fence dream.

The “you made it” life.

And what I learned is this:

Freedom without roots can become its own kind of loneliness.

But stability without aliveness can become a beautiful cage.

So I stopped trying to choose.

I started creating a third way.

A life where I could be rooted and free.

Devoted and wild.

A mother and a mystic.

A strategist and a seeker.

Fully human, fully alive, fully mine.

That third way became Soul Energy Alchemy.

Why I Do This Work

I know what it feels like to build a life that makes sense on paper while something inside you quietly whispers, “This still isn’t it.”

I know what it feels like to be good at surviving.

To be praised for the very patterns that are exhausting you.

To be the strong one, the capable one, the emotionally intelligent one, the one who can handle it.

And I know what it feels like when the truth starts pressing up from underneath the performance.

Not as a crisis.

As a becoming.

Soul Release Method is for that moment.

The moment you realize you don’t want to keep surviving a life that looks fine from the outside.

You want to feel alive in it.

What I Believe

I believe your survival patterns are not enemies.

They are younger parts of you that learned how to keep you safe.

The goal is not to cut them out, shame them, or rise above them.

The goal is to understand them.

Love them.

Integrate them.

And stop letting them unconsciously run your life.

Because when your body starts to believe it is safe to be honest…

You stop saying yes when your whole soul means no.

You stop confusing approval with belonging.

You stop mistaking exhaustion for responsibility.

You stop building a life around who you had to be.

And you start creating one from who you actually are.

Where I Am Now

These days, I live near the place where the river meets the ocean.

Fresh water and salt water mixing.

A threshold.

A both/and place.

Dolphins move through the water. Manatees drift through the shallows. Everything here reminds me that life does not have to be one thing or the other.

Neither do we.

We can be soft and powerful.

Practical and spiritual.

Rooted and free.

Healing and already whole.

Becoming and already enough.

That is the space I hold.

Not above you.

Not ahead of you.

Beside you, at the crossing.

Helping you remember the life underneath the survival.

Helping you come back to your own truth.

Helping you Come Alive Again.

Welcome

I’m Ash.

Founder of Soul Release Method

I’m here for the ones who are ready to shift out of autopilot and into self-trust.

The ones who know their life belongs to them too.

The ones who are ready to stop performing okay and start feeling free.

This is where we Come Alive Again
